Arthur L. McKinney, Sr.

 

I am and have been married to the same wonderful lady for 30 years. We have nine children, all of who sing and play Gospel music and songs. In 1994, I was stricken with a stroke, and contrary to what people might have thought, my wife has not left me. She is still by my side - trying to help me get back on my feet. When we were young, I asked my wife not work, and instead stay home to raise our children in the nature and fear of God. And, she has done that. I'm very grateful to God and her. I was an over the road truck driver for about 21 years, so we both had our hands full - me providing, and she teaching and guiding my six boys and three girls. I guess you could say I almost worked myself to death. I still have paralysis on my left side, but thank God things are well as they are. God Bless you all!
